Since the paper cup colour is dark brown I decided to use white chocolate as topping inorder to make it more attractive !

if u go Bangkok try to get the "pattern knife" I find it very useful when come to carrot, cucumber, unripe mango, etc and it is very cheap there compare to here (i saw it selling at XX cooking school very expensive)

500 grams of pre-mix muffin

4 eggs

100 grams of butter or oil

200 ml of milk or water

some chocoate chips

Bake at 185 C for 25 mintues (depend on your oven)
